Politika kvality

Najvyššou hodnotou spoločnosti Chropynska Slovakia a.s. je dlhodobá služba zákazníkovi a jeho spokojnosť. Jej dosiahnutie vychádza zo stanovených cieľov politiky kvality a z dôsledného uplatňovania systému manažérstva kvality.

Spoločnosť sa zaväzuje  plniť požiadavky systému manažérstva kvality v súlade s požiadavkami normy ISO 9001:2015, štandardu AQAP 2110, ktoré sú základom pre zabezpečenie kvality produktov a služieb najmä pre zákazníkov v obrannom a špecificky regulovanom priemysle.

Zásady politiky kvality

The company’s top management guarantees that the entire quality management system is properly maintained, efficiently managed and continuously improved. The organisation, management and operations of the company are fully interlinked with the quality system. The main focus is on ensuring the high quality of the products, solutions and services delivered, as well as on the qualified management of human resources.

The quality management system is also in accordance with all relevant legal and contractual requirements, including specific requirements of defense industry customers, and respects the principles set out in AQAP 2110 such as:

  • process capability, rigorous checking of outputs and compliance records,
  • independent quality function and objectivity in conformity assessment,
  • documented identification of non-conformities and effective corrective actions,
  • Involving the customer in key stages of the product life cycle, if required by the contract,
  • product traceability and configuration control.

The top management of Chropynska Slovakia a.s. is committed to the following principles for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system:

  • all processes within the company are in full compliance with applicable legislation and related requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and AQAP 2110,
  • to improve internal company processes so that the output is a high-quality, safe, and compliant product, also accepted by customers in the aerospace industry, and to increase quality standards in accordance with AS/EN 9100.
  • Carefully select and evaluate suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements at all times,
  • adapt processes to current customer requirements, including specific defence projects,
  • continuously improve and deepen staff training and expertise,
  • minimize the amount of non-conforming products and customer complaints,
  • prevent potential non-conformities and risks through systematic quality planning and the implementation of preventive measures,
  • ensure that the quality function has an independent status and sufficient decision-making powers.
